What are your thoughts about Randy's plans to give us a chance to get to Michael's resting place inside Holly Terrace?

Personally, just thinking about that situation makes me shake. If Randy's plans don't get refused, I think I will try really hard to go to LA.

Gable Unhappy With Jackson Cemetery Plans

The grandson of CLARK GABLE is fighting RANDY JACKSON's plans to allow fans into the cemetery where MICHAEL JACKSON is interred on the first anniversary of the singer's death.

The King of Pop's younger brother Randy is asking officials to permit mourners to visit the star's tomb in a private section of Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California, on 25 June (10).

In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, he tells fans, "I'm meeting with Forest Lawn and the City of Glendale. Although they have strict rules, I'll do my best 2 (to) see if fans can visit & pay their respects beyond the gates of Forest Lawn, on the 25th."

But the plans have upset the family of screen legend Gable, who is buried in a nearby plot, as they want access to be restricted to relatives.

The Gone With The Wind star's grandson, Clark Gable III, tells TMZ.com the mausoleum "wouldn't be as sacred" if fans are allowed inside.

But author Ronald J. Fields, whose grandfather was funnyman W.C. Fields, is backing Jackson's plans, insisting members of the public should be allowed to pay their respects as it would be "moving to them".

I know Randy is fighting for Michael everyday and his tweets always touch my heart. I can feel his deep love for Michael strongly. But with regard to this plan, I don't know if I should agree with him or not. Lots of fans from all of the world will visit to Forest Lawn next month. If all of them rush to the place he is lying, it might cause chaos. Of course there is no doubt they will behave moderately. But open to fans means open to people who have bad feelings towards him. Who knows what will happen? So I don't know if his plan is good or not. I hope my opinion wouldn't offend other fans.

I really hope if Randy gets his wishes, that they have the proper amount of security to ensure the safety of not only the fans, but the property, and the star as well.  How does the rest of the family feel about this?

Hi Chris,

I have just merged your thread with the one already existing :)
What's your personal opinion about Randy's plans? Do you think he will be successful?

I think he's trying to honour Michael's love and respect for his fans. Randy's got an hard job on his hands but i think he's trying to get something done for the anniversary. Ive read a few silly comments about he looks shady and evassive, but i think its not wanting to promise anything without delivering. You'll notice he was using his words very carefully. Nice to see there's respect between The Jackson family and Lisa Marie. I think she really loved him, but just couldn't live the life Michael lived.
