As far as I know there is no other info about it. Time looks like circa 1995/1996 at Neverland

I would have said around the Bad era when he bought the place... But it's pretty hard to tell.
I know stealing is wrong and especially when it's such personal items as home movies... But damn, I would like to watch that tape!
