I need as good source as possible for this picture right here:

Does anyone know which magasine or book it´s scanned from? I need it in as great detail as possible, as I plan to purchase a print of it 2.5 meters high.
I´ve even talked to the photographer who took it. Problem is, he doesn´t have the file. He took pictures on assignment by MJ, and all of them is MJs estate property now.
