hey, does anyone know when this picture was taken and maybe the name who shot this picture?

I think this is one of the many photomontages by Christophe Boulme, the art director and photographer for Black & White magazine.

I believe it's a photoshop...I can't quite find the original picture here, but I have a printed out copy. I'll try to post it here soon.
